Get ready to join our group classes with every confidence that you will fit in and not be overwhelmed. Instead of dropping straight into a Pilates class where you might feel lost and unsure if you’re doing things right, this will fill you with confidence.
Over one month, you will:
Gain the skills and confidence to join our main group classes.
Discover how you move through personal movement assessment.
Receive building blocks and modifications to make every exercise accessible to you.
Learn alongside other beginners under the guidance of an expert, supportive teacher.
Practice in your own time with short, guided online lessons.
Whether you’re planning on joining our Group Reformer or Group Mat Classes, our Fundamentals classes will teach you Pilates principles and the basic exercises that are the foundations to progress smoothly from beginner to more advanced exercises. Our unique fundamentals lessons benefit you whether you continue working on mat or reformer, as each supports the other in helping you to find the correct connections and movement patterns to move with ease.
Our Pilates Fundamentals are classes of 50 minutes, using both Mat and Reformer. We recommend that you take 4 before joining a group reformer lesson or a minimum of 2 before joining a mat lesson - and these lessons are included in your memberships at no extra cost (you may take 4 before joining a mat class for a small supplement) or you can book now with our intro offer (below).
