Ease Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio in Cambridge, UK. We empower our clients to love movement, through Pilates, community and results. For discerning professionals who want effective, welcoming and personalised exercise, Ease Pilates provides small group Pilates classes on the mat and reformer, plus private lessons in our fully equipped studio. We don’t mind what brand you wear. We don’t mind what you weigh. We care that you are moving to feel good.
Are you a superstar teacher who can teach group Pilates lessons on the reformer with confidence? We are looking for passionate teachers who are familiar with the classical Pilates repertoire but are also able to draw on contemporary variations to help progress their students. Our Pilates students are eager not just to work out but also to develop their movement skills.
We welcome applications from teachers qualified to teach on both the mat and reformer, or comprehensively certified studio Pilates teachers. We have limited availability for freelance teachers, typically no more than 4 hours per week and cover opportunities. If you are interested in working more hours than this with us, or if you are comprehensively certified and are interested in teaching private lessons in our fully equipped studio, then please ask us about any opportunities for a salaried, part-time position.
Freelance teacher. You must be registered as self-employed for tax purposes and run your own business. You will be paid a fixed rate for sessions taught.

We embrace diversity and strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone is treated with respect and dignity. We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, regardless of age, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, religion, or belief. Our hiring decisions are based on merit, skills, and qualifications. If you require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate.
By fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion, we believe that we can build a stronger, more innovative team that reflects the richness of perspectives and experiences within our community.
